The Wellness Ed runs aesthetic, laser, hair, slimming and Ayurveda clinics across New Delhi. Before our engagement, treatment information sat in disjointed micro-sites and the booking journey forced guests to call the front desk during business hours. We rebuilt the entire experience as a calm, doctor-led editorial site so a first-time guest can browse treatments by category, read what to expect, and reserve a consultation that lands directly with the right specialist and clinic — with WhatsApp, call and EMI partners woven into the journey.

Treatment information was scattered across disjointed micro-sites, the booking journey forced phone calls during business hours, and there was no single place a first-time guest could understand what a session would actually feel like. The brand needed an editorial home that respected the doctor-led positioning without losing the warmth of a hospitality brand.
We designed and built a single editorial site organised around treatment discovery and same-day consultation. The category architecture mirrors how guests describe their goals ('Weightloss', 'Aesthetics', 'Hair', 'Laser', 'Ayurveda', 'Salon') instead of the clinical taxonomy. Every treatment page reads like a doctor's note — what it is, who it suits, what to expect — and ends in a reservation flow that routes the lead to the right clinic.
The Wellness Ed now has a single, editorial home that the front desk and the brand team both trust — the booking flow lands directly with the right clinic, every treatment lives at a stable URL the team can share on WhatsApp, and the editorial journal gives the doctors a place to publish considered reads instead of social-only snippets. The site is live in production and continues to grow as new treatments and locations come online.
