Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: May 2026
We want every Socialtrafic engagement to deliver value. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply for our services and any online payments accepted via Razorpay or Stripe.
1. Discovery & consultation calls
Free discovery calls have no payment and therefore no refund. Paid consultations may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but credit can be applied to a future call within 60 days.
2. Project engagements
- Engagements are governed by the individual proposal/statement of work you sign with us. Milestones and acceptance criteria are defined there.
- Initial deposits secure project capacity and are non-refundable once we begin discovery, design, or development work.
- If we are unable to deliver a milestone we have invoiced for, we will refund the prorated unfulfilled portion within 14 business days.
3. Monthly retainers (ads, SEO, social, automation)
- Retainers run on a monthly cycle. To cancel, send written notice at least 15 days before the next billing date.
- Retainer fees already paid for an in-progress month are non-refundable, as the team has been allocated and work has been performed.
- Ad spend (paid directly to Meta / Google) is governed by their own billing policies and is not handled by Socialtrafic.
4. Digital downloads & resources
Free downloadable resources from /resources carry no refund. Paid digital products, if any, are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, except where required by law.
5. Refund process
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Bank intermediation may add additional days outside our control.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first at hello@socialtrafic.in with the invoice and payment reference. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14 days.
