ePathways is a licensed New Zealand education and immigration agency that helps international students navigate the path from eligibility check to visa approval to arrival. We designed and shipped the previous iteration of the ePathways website — the foundation that introduced the brand, surfaced the agency's three service pillars (Education, Immigration, Accommodation) and put the consultation booking flow front and centre.

v1 shipped to production
The ePathways team needed a credible online home for a regulated service — one that introduced the agency, explained the three service pillars without legal jargon, and made it obvious how to start a free pre-assessment. The audience was international (Tagalog, English and Hindi), and most arrived already anxious about the visa journey, so the tone had to feel calm and steady.
We organised the site around the three pillars, replaced generic agency copy with a day-by-day visa journey on the home page so prospective students could see exactly what happens after they reach out, and put a free pre-assessment lead form at the top of the funnel — capturing the small set of fields the team actually needed to qualify a lead.
The v1 site went live as the foundation that introduced the brand to the public web — a credible, calm home for a regulated service that the team could share with students, partner colleges and immigration peers. We handed off the codebase clean enough that the in-house team could extend it as the agency matured.
