Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of https://socialtrafic.in/ and any services delivered by Socialtrafic(“we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the website

You may browse the site for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

2. Engagements & proposals

Information on this website (including pricing pages, case studies, and service descriptions) is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement only arises once we sign a written proposal or statement of work with you.

3. Fees & payment

• Fees, scope, and timelines are defined in your individual proposal.
• Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 7 days. Overdue amounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month.
• Applicable GST/taxes are charged in addition.

4. Intellectual property

• The site, including content, code, and visuals, is owned by Socialtrafic or licensed to us.
• On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you under a written engagement transfer to you, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates which we license to you for the project.
• We may showcase non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

6. Warranties & liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

7. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Vercel, Firebase). We are not responsible for their availability, outages, or changes to their APIs and policies.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or the services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or to comply with applicable law. Project termination provisions are set out in your individual proposal.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
