ArtistHer is a Yukti-and-Lucy gifting brand selling handmade and personalized gifts — memory frames, message jars, pop-up cards and embroidered keepsakes. Most of their traffic arrives on a phone, mid-browse, looking for a thoughtful gift for an upcoming occasion. We delivered a category-led storefront with wishlist, cart and WhatsApp support so a thumb-scroll can turn into a celebratory purchase without friction.

The brand had a strong, photo-led identity on social, but the previous storefront didn't reflect that warmth. Category navigation buried the most-shopped occasions, the wishlist lived behind multiple taps, and personalization questions ended up in DMs that nobody could find a week later.
We rebuilt the storefront browse-first — Must Have Cards, Gift for him, Gift for her and Gift for Birthdays surfaced directly on the homepage — and made the wishlist + cart visible on every tile. Personalization questions now route into a single WhatsApp thread so the founders can reply between batches without losing context.
ArtistHer now has a storefront that matches the warmth of the brand — guests can land on the home page, find a gift for the right occasion in a single tap, and check out without bouncing through five categories. Personalization conversations live in one WhatsApp thread the founders actually answer.
